JJ founded Skoor in Mooresville, North Carolina, after two decades building customer-facing web and mobile products for Fortune 50 banks — including Wells Fargo and Bank of America. A payments expert in merchant services and credit and debit card processing, he started Skoor on a simple idea: the tools that let big companies never miss a call should belong to every business. Today he leads a small team building an AI coworker that answers the phones, books appointments, and handles the busywork — so owners can get back to their customers. Skoor's office is ten minutes from most of the businesses it serves.
